Ukrainian strikes on 18–19 September: UAV command posts, a training ground and depots hit
Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed new strikes by the Ukrainian Defence Forces on Russian military targets in the temporarily occupied territories. The attacks took place on 18 September and overnight into 19 September 2026.
UAV command posts, a training ground and military depots
Ukrainian forces struck Russian UAV command posts near Luhanske and Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast, as well as near Volodymyrivka, Verbove, Novoprokopivka, Dobropillia and Rivnopillia in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Two UAV command posts were hit near Novoprokopivka.
The Russian Vostochny military training ground near Novopetrivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast was also struck. In Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian forces hit a logistics depot in Rybynske and an ammunition depot near Amvrosiivka.
Update on an earlier strike
The General Staff also confirmed the result of an earlier attack: a Russian 80P6 radar station near Mityuli in Smolensk Oblast was damaged on 17 September. This is an update on a strike carried out two days earlier, not a new target hit on 19 September.
Ukrainian long-range strike statistics
These targets were not added to the overall Demilitarizator statistics. UAV command posts, ammunition and logistics depots, radar systems, and training grounds without confirmed large-scale damage do not meet the site’s current inclusion criteria.
As of 19 September 2026, the totals remain unchanged: at least 817 recorded strikes since the beginning of the year and at least 30 in September.
