Russian depots hit and Serpukhov arsenal damage confirmed: 27 October 2026 report
Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed strikes on Russian ammunition and supply depots in occupied territory. OSINT analysts reported an attack on military vehicles in Donetsk and published satellite confirmation of damage at the 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov, which was attacked on 22 October.
Demilitarizator has compiled the main reports on Ukrainian strikes and Defence Forces results as of 27 October 2026.
Strike reported on Russian military transport parking area in Donetsk
On 27 October, OSINT project Exilenova+ reported an overnight attack by strike drones on a parking area for Russian military logistics vehicles in occupied Donetsk.
According to the source’s assessment, more than 30 vehicles were destroyed and around 30 others damaged.
Military transport carries ammunition, fuel, equipment and personnel. Vehicle losses complicate deliveries to units, forcing Russian commanders to find replacements and reorganise transport operations.
General Staff confirms strikes on depots in Donetsk and Luhansk regions
In a statement published on 27 October, Ukraine’s General Staff identified targets hit on 26 October and overnight into 27 October.
Strikes hit ammunition depots near Diakove in Luhansk region and Ohorodnie in Donetsk region. Military supply depots near Luhansk, Antratsyt and Tymonove were also hit.
The military separately reported a strike on a concentration of weapons and military equipment near Krasnohorivka in Donetsk region, as well as Russian personnel in Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
The General Staff did not give an individual strike date for each target. The entire list therefore covers 26 October and the night into 27 October.
Russia’s 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov: satellite imagery shows workshop damage
OSINT project CyberBoroshno published an analysis of satellite imagery of Russia’s 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov, Moscow region. The analysts concluded that workshops 24 and 25 and a nearby hangar were hit.
The facility repairs components of Russian air defence systems, including the Buk-M1/M2 and S-300V. Its production buildings handle diagnostics, restoration, major repairs and equipment assembly.
Damage to these facilities could delay the return of repaired systems to Russian forces.
We covered the attack in our 22 October report.
Voronezhsintezkauchuk: what satellite imagery clarified
CyberBoroshno also clarified the results of the attack on Voronezhsintezkauchuk, carried out on the morning of 26 October.
In new satellite imagery, the analysts identified a crater near a unit used in polybutadiene production. However, the images show no visually apparent damage to the unit itself.
Russia’s daily losses: another 1,400 personnel
According to the General Staff’s morning figures as of 27 October, the Russian army lost an estimated 1,400 personnel over the previous day. Total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion reached approximately 1,581,840.
The following equipment was also neutralised over the day:
- 21 artillery systems;
- two multiple launch rocket systems;
- one air defence system;
- seven unmanned ground vehicles;
- 1,794 unmanned aerial vehicles;
- 232 vehicles and fuel tankers;
- one item of special equipment.
These figures cover 26 October, rather than the still ongoing day of 27 October.
Unmanned Systems Forces: 1,932 targets hit in one day
According to the report published on 27 October by Unmanned Systems Forces commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, the grouping destroyed or struck 1,932 enemy targets on 26 October.
Russian personnel losses inflicted by USF units totalled 512 killed and wounded combined. Other results included 397 drones, eight radar and electronic warfare systems, three artillery systems and one enemy vessel.
From the start of October through the end of 26 October, the grouping reported 55,664 targets destroyed or hit and 14,076 Russian personnel killed or wounded.
These are the results of the Unmanned Systems Forces grouping specifically. They are not added to the General Staff’s overall figures as separate additional losses.
